Is it possible to mess up a tattoo done in a non-shaved area? Help.
A tattoo I got recently and I’m not happy with it to say the least. I told the artist I wanted it to be a “rough” arrow but this is completely screwed up. My biggest problem is with the fletching. Any suggestions to have it fixed?
